Please take photos to show all details clearly, as soon as it is a quality problem, I will replace the bad items in the next order, and compensate for the loss of freight.
a. samples without customized logos and colors are free if you can accept the freight collected.
b. you want to make samples with customized logos and colors, you should pay for us to make sample charge and freight.
How can we place an order?
First I send samples to you if you like our samples, you can pay for us to make a sample charge. Then we will make samples according to your requirements. When the samples are finished I will send you the samples again and if you confirmed and decide to place an order. I will send you the PI and after we received your deposit we will produce your goods. When the goods will be ready I will tell you and ship your goods. Then send the copy of B/L to you, and you can transfer the rest money. Finally, I will send the original documents to you by express if you need them.
